What is the "Collect" shipping code?

Using the code "Collect," you can have your items stored with us indefinitely. This shipping method is designed for those who frequently order from our store and want to save on shipping costs. The item will only be shipped once "DHL Shipping" has been selected for a subsequent order. All previous orders placed with the code "Collect" will be stored until then and then shipped together.

First and foremost, this code is intended primarily for orders from Austria and Switzerland, as shipping is more expensive there and therefore it may be worthwhile to ship several orders together.

If you do not wish to place a "final" order with the shipping method "DHL Shipping" or if you accidentally selected the code "Collect", you can also simply contact us via the contact form and we will calculate the shipping costs separately for your collected / stored order.

How can I pay you?

PayPal
You can easily pay directly with your PayPal account during checkout; the money will be transferred to our account immediately.

Transfer
You can transfer the money using your bank details. Keep an eye out for discount codes in the item descriptions. We often offer a small discount for this payment option.

Of course you can also shop with us using your credit card, the money will be with us after about 1-3 days

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within fourteen days of receiving the goods without giving a reason, and you will receive a refund as soon as the goods have been returned to us. The goods must, of course, be in the same condition as when received. We do not accept opened products. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

What are the rules regarding the right of withdrawal for goods that are to be collected?
For items in your collection, the 14-day right of withdrawal begins as soon as the goods have been "processed" by us and marked as collected. You can check the exact date the goods were processed in your order details in your profile. For us, the start of the collection process is equivalent to the delivery of the goods; from this point on, the goods become your property, and we act as a designated third party (not the carrier) who has taken possession of the goods on your behalf until you instruct us to hand them over to you.
